Your current site keeps running untouched. We build a complete copy on our infrastructure and test it there. Nothing about your live site changes on day one.
Switching to us
Moving a live website without breaking it.
The most common reason people stay on hosting they dislike is that moving sounds risky. It is a routine, rehearsed procedure, and we do the whole thing.

You check it
We give you a preview link to the copy. You click through it, test the forms, look at the pages that matter to you, and tell us it is right before anything is switched.

We schedule the switch
The DNS change happens at a time you pick, usually outside business hours. We re-sync anything that changed in the gap so no enquiry or order is lost.

Email is handled separately
Website hosting and email are different services that share a domain name. We pin your mail records before we touch anything else, so moving the site never reroutes your inbox.

We watch it afterwards
We keep the old site available and the previous configuration recorded for 30 days. If anything is wrong, going back is a decision, not a rescue.

It costs nothing
Migration is included with every plan. There is no setup fee and no minimum term, which means we have to keep earning it after you have moved.
What we need from you
Three things, and we can usually work around two of them.
Access to the current host
A control panel login, or an administrator account on the website itself. If you have lost both, tell us — there are other routes, and losing access to your own hosting is a good reason to move in the first place.
Control of the domain name
The registrar account where the domain lives. This is the one thing we genuinely cannot proceed without, because it is what points visitors at the site. If you are not sure who holds it, we will find out for you.
A window to switch
Typically fifteen minutes of your attention on a weekday evening. Most of the work happens days earlier.
How long it takes: a standard business website is usually live with us inside a week, most of which is waiting for you to review the copy. Larger sites, commerce stores and anything with a custom application take longer and we will say so before you commit.
